You

You have a solid background in Ruby. You’ve fought with Rails 3 on several occasions, and you’ve won. You can administer PostgreSQL one-handed. You know how to design software, and have what it takes to lead a team to implement, test, and maintain it. You think in terms of Agile: scrum, poker planning, daily stand-ups.

You have already deployed over a 3G connection in a train. You have used Nginx on a regular basis. You know about Passenger. You also have experience with front-end libraries: jQuery, Backbone.js.
